Albion have called on supporters without tickets to stay away from Tromso.
Fans are making the journey to the Arctic Circle for the team’s opening European match of the campaign.
Planes were being booked rapidly once Tromso was confirmed as the opponents.
Albion have been requested to prevent supporters from making the trip if they lack a ticket for the Conference League play-off first leg, which has sold out across all sections of the Romssa Arena.
The club issued a communication stating that they were aware some backers might be thinking about visiting Tromso this week without a match ticket.
The message continued that anyone not already possessing a valid ticket should strongly reconsider travelling.
The fixture is completely sold out, with no tickets available in Tromso for those without them.
Local police and authorities in Tromso have requested that the club discourage travel by supporters who have not secured tickets.
The club thanked fans for their backing and understanding regarding this matter.
Tromso’s 5-0 victory at Cluj in the first leg of the preceding round twelve days earlier gave eager Albion supporters a head start in arranging travel and accommodation.
